Hinged Core Double Deflection Grilles
A double deflection grille is recommended for supply or return applications where airflow pattern adjustability is essential to adapt to varying job conditions. It consists of both front and rear blades which can be adjusted easily and individually. The design maintains a high effective area capacity of greater than 80% which minimizes outlet velocity, reduces pressure drop and assures quiet operation.

Blade Functionality:
1) Front vanes – Direct primary airflow above the occupied zone, ensuring proper mixing with room air before reaching occupants.
2) Rear vanes – Provide flexibility to adjust airflow for straight, spread, or angled delivery to suit the room layout, maintaining a parallel air stream pattern as needed.
Blade Styles: Aerofoil blades or teardrop blades
Blade Spacing: 20mm standard, options provided
Front Row Blades Direction: Vertical (standard) or horizontal
Frame Styles: Flat 30mm flange width (standard) or beveled
