Egg crate grille is a versatile solution for any high-capacity return or exhaust applications. It offers the largest free area (approximately 90%) of any grilles with minimal pressure drop and low sound levels.
Description
Material:
1) Heavy-gauge aluminum, durable and lightweight.
2) ABS – budget-friendly option for light weight applications
Core Construction: Thin, interlocked aluminum strips assembled in a square grid pattern.
Core Degree: 90 (standard), 45(The optional 45° angled core obstructs the occupant’s line of sight through the grille, and adds to the aesthetic appeal of the space without the use of accessories like a light shield or plenum.)
Core Options: fixed core, loose core, removable core and hinged core.
Grid Options: Available in multiple grid spacings and depths for flexibility. Please refer to the handbook for further details.
Frame Style: Core only, narrow flange, beveled edge.
Finish: Optional powder coat (white standard) for enhanced durability and aesthetics.
